Before Verity
Four years ago, Sophie was a manager inside one of the large agencies — the kind that measures its roster in the hundreds. She learned how the machine runs, and exactly where it puts volume over people. So she went independent, with one mission: to represent women the way it should have been done all along.
The proof she brings to a first call, live on a screen: one creator she manages went from $2,310 a month to $76,520 a month in fourteen months. You'll see the real dashboard — never a screenshot.
Why she started it
The short version: she kept getting the same message. A creator, earning, exhausted, sending over a contract that should never have been signed — asking "is this normal?" It usually was normal. That was the problem.
Cleaning up after bad agencies teaches you exactly what a good one would have to look like: small roster, terms in writing, hands off the login, hands off the money. At some point the list of "what I'd do instead" got long enough that the honest move was to do it.
Why the name
Verity means truth. Naming an agency that, in this industry, is either a joke or a commitment — there's no middle. Every claim on this site is written to be screenshot-proof. Every "no" we give in DMs is the name doing its job. The day the name stops being true is the day the business has failed, whatever the revenue says.
What "female-led" means here
It's stated as fact, not a selling point. It means the person setting your boundaries policy has needed one herself. It changes how the chat team is trained, what "no" means in the contract, and what never gets asked of you. That's all it means — and it's enough.
